  • Our Philosophy

    We Valkyries pride ourselves on sourcing and producing beautiful dice, providing top notch customer service and we strive to make every dice mail day an exciting one. 

    As avid collectors ourselves it is our promise that we will strive to always maintain a good level of stock when it comes to our custom dice and that any limited runs will be produced and released in a way to ensure as many of our customers as possible have an opportunity to snag them.

Shipping Updates

16/12 - UPDATE: We are aware that some orders from the 5th onwards are showing as still at our local depot but can confirm they are on their way but caught up in significant delays.

 

We popped into our local depot this morning while dropping off orders and chatted to one of the very nice ladies there. She confirmed that the orders from the 5th-6th have indeed left as they're a small depot and everything is collected nightly for processing.

 

So we can confirm that everything is in the system but sadly can't give any solid ETAs given the big delays in general. It's frustrating but we know the workers at Royal Mail are doing their utmost to get everyone's post to them as quickly as possible. Fingers crossed everything will arrive in time!

As you may be aware Royal mail workers are currently striking for farer pay and improved working conditions. As such, especially with the holiday crunch we're seeing significant delays in some areas, even with the 48 hour service we usually use.

Because of this, while we are 100% behind the workers and their right to strike we're also aware that this is a key time to ensure gifts arrive in time for the holidays. As such we've added a new shipping option in the form of a paid for DPD delivery, this is a 1-2 day service that is fully tracked. This will be £7 should you choose to opt for it. 

 

Our last shipping day of the year will be Friday 16th December. Any orders placed after 10am on the 16th will be shipped out when we return to the office on the 29th.
