Collection At Convention

If you're attending a con where we're trading, you can now select the option to collect your order at the con in person rather than waiting for shipping.
Once a convention is confirmed the option to collect at the con will be available as a shipping option around a month before and close 1 week before the first day of the event to allow us time to pick and pack your order.
 
This is a great way to make sure you can secure any pre-order or limited items, plus it's a good excuse to come say hi!

I'm attending the same convention as you, how do I place an order to collect?

We have made it as easy and as stress free as possible for you to do this for any convention we are attending!  

Simply follow these steps to place an order for collection at the convention:

  1. Add your desired items to your cart.
  2. Using an existing account or guest account, go through to the checkout as normal.
  3. Place your address in (we will need this to confirm your order at the con)
  4. Select 'collect @ [con name here]' as the shipping option..
  5. Complete the order with your payment method of choice.
    You'll receive an email confirming your order. Keep hold of this!
  6. Countdown to the convention and collection day, it is that simple! 

 

How do I collect my order at the Con?

Once your order has been placed we will pick and pack it ready for you to pick it up on the day. 

Simply find our stand/table/booth at the con and pop over, the following pieces of information will be needed for us process your order safely into the right hands: 

  • First & last name on the order
And one of the following:
  • Order number 
  • Screenshot or print out of order e-mail
  • Address on the order 

    Simply approach one of the team and mention you are there for a collection, they will guide you through the process and ensure things are taken care of for you.

     

    I can't attend the convention anymore, can I have it delivered instead?

    Providing we have notice in enough time before the convention we are more then happy to do this for you, simply drop us an email with the order number to:

    Free shipping (2nd class 5+ working days) is only able for UK postal addresses, anybody visiting from abroad to the convention will need to pay additional postage costs for their postal region. 

    Upgraded shipping is available, if the order is large in value or has limited. We highly recommend upgrading to signed for or tracked for items like gem stone dice.

    I forgot to collect, what do I do!?

    For multi-day events you can pop by any time during the event but even if you don't, fret not. We will still have your order safely tucked away, simply poke us on our live chat or drop us an email with the method of shipping you would like to choose and we can send it out once we are back home (it may take us a few days after a convention to ship it out due to travel).

       

    My order has something wrong/missing!

    Simply pop back to the stand/booth and we would be more than happy to sort any issues out for you there. 

    If you have already left the convention, let us know via our webchat or by email and we will happily resolve the problem for you that way.
